The love of Christ should not only be spoken, but demonstrated through action.
Pastor Olufemi Samuel
Pastor Olufemi Samuel and Mrs. Victoria Samuel founded Christ Heart Empowerment for Africa together in 1998, and have led its humanitarian work for 28 years since.
They built the Foundation on a single conviction. That compassion is something people should be able to receive rather than only hear about, and that faith which stops at words has stopped too early.
That conviction has held the shape of the work through nearly three decades. The Foundation has stayed close to the ground, present in communities and responsive to real need, rather than growing into something that manages humanitarian work from a distance.
Today that work reaches 20 communities across Lagos and Kwara States, and has touched over 9,000 lives. It is still run the way it started, by people who turn up.
