What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to send us through a form on this website: your name, contact details, and whatever you write in the message. Assistance requests may include details about your personal circumstances.
For security purposes we also record the IP address and browser identification associated with a submission. This is used to prevent abuse of our forms and nothing else.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you and to carry out the work of the Foundation. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing.
Assistance requests are treated as confidential and are seen only by Foundation staff involved in reviewing them.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a secured database and delivered to the Foundation by email. Access is restricted to authorised Foundation personnel.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions only as long as needed for the purpose they were sent, and for our records. Security information such as IP addresses is deleted on a routine schedule.
Photographs
Photographs published on this website are shared with the permission of the people shown. If you appear in an image and would like it removed, contact us and we will remove it.
Your rights
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact the Foundation and we will act on your request.
